Above is a very loose drawing on what the new hero char could possibly look like.I have analysed the new research and have come up with a new char. The story is
totally different to the one I'm animating, a reason for this is because of the
new results I gathered. The story is more for children and the char in development is around 10 years old. The game is going to be based more around puzzle solving and adventure then fighting
(though in the story there will be cartoony violence) and the char will still be designed realistically. I've not worked very much at all on the story only having thought of it a few days ago, but basically the little girls granddad owns an antique clock shop, she's helping out one day and finds a magic clock that can take the user back in time to solve puzzles with her friends. I thought it would be interesting to have it where the gamer had to update to clock and find different parts to go further back in time or to go to a certain time period, so they would have to go to museums ,collectors homes...caves etc to find these magic clock pieces to even be able to go back in time, making it an adventure in itself to even get there.
The villain of this story would be a thief, whether the thief has a time travel clock of their own or is a thief 'time hopping' through different periods stealing relics is something I've not decided on yet but that's the very, very basic idea for the new chars.
The hero will very much be gadget based, which will be refreshing for a female char seeing as this is mostly seen as a male interest.
so she will be working alongside her granddad to restore the old artefacts she
finds and creating gadgets herself to use on missions.
I've not come up with what the villain will look like but I'm
thinking something similar to carmon sandiago..the old cartoon show villain
from the show where is carmon sandiago.
